nudges not free?

All of a sudden nudges aren't showing up as free anymore, they each are taking 10 cents out of my account like a text message. Is that supposed to happen?

service without data

Is there a way to use EQO without having a data plan?

I am wondering if you have any plans to expand into this
type of service (using texting to do what is now handles
with data)?

Thanks,
lost sms messages sent from Netherlands to Australia

hi,

i live in the Netherlands but i message my partner in Australia a lot. around 3 weeks ago some messages started being lost. =( sometimes they just get delayed (sometimes by an hour or two), but mostly they just get lost. i still get charged for sending them, but they just don't get delivered =(

at other time i've noticed that my eqo credits are not always updated after i send an sms message. however this isn't related to whether the message is delivered or not. never the less, it's annoying since i can't be sure about precisely how much credit i've got left.

this is terribly annoying since people often wait for me to reply by sms and they naturally get annoyed at me thinking that i'm ignoring them when they haven't received a reply from me, but it's just that eqo has lost the message though still charged me for the privilege. =(

is anyone else experiencing a similar problem with lost sms messages and being charged for them?

dr.colekat

sms service to Bulgaria disturbed again

The last couple of days EQO's sms service to Bulgaria is disturbed again. Not all sms reach the destination and my balance is still debited. For instance, today I send 3 sms and only one arrived. I am forced to go back to the expensive (but reliable) sms service of my mobile phone provider. Can you tell me want went wrong and how to correct it? Thanks
