voip on blackbery

Hi i have been recommended to use you, and i have just joined but i cannot make a call, also i have asked you to call me but it is not working , also i joined because i was told it is free for me to make voip calls on this with blackberry is this correct ? many thanks

EQO is not free for calling. We charge you EQO credits for all calls--see rates at www.eqo.com. Also, EQO is not strictly VoIP. There is a local call involved in the process which your carrier will charge you for.

I have checked your call records and it appears that you figured out how to make a call on your own.

blackberry voip

This is not true. We are not affiliated with Skype, the VoIP part of an EQO call happens on our end, after you have dialed through your regular BlackBerry phone line. Our calls are not free--except for a limited time in China.
