Unable to topup with Paypal

Why am i unable to topup using Paypal? I keep getting a message saying "We're sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please contact us by clicking on the Support section of our website"

AND why does the customer service not respond to ANY support requests? Not a very good service so far!

Hi,

You need to make sure that your PayPal account is "Verified". We only accept "Verified" accounts from PayPal. To get your account verified. Sign in to PayPal and select the "verify my account" link.

u have to registered with paypal first login to www.paypal.com and registered u.r card when u open the paypal account in the central navigation bar you will see status that that ur card will be unverified so u have to click on it and pay the 1.90 us $ after 4 working days check u.r e mail credit card transaction u will see 4 digit code before printing paypal and the same code u have to use to verified u.r account and the amount will be credited into u.r account as bonus in next billing
