Once you get the text message you need to follow the download link to get EQO on your phone. If the link is not highlighted there should be an option to "follow link" in the menu. Otherwise, please visit get.eqo.com in your mobile browser to get EQO.

I'm sorry, you can not use Skype with EQO. We do offer our own mobile voip and im networks; please give them a try!

Check out Skype at www.skype.com. We do not support Skype with our service.

As for your connection problem, the EQO service is running find. Please try restarting your phone and connecting again.
