Sprint mogul 6800 No vibration / no incoming msg

Need to have vibration alert for new messages on this mogul 6800. Not getting msg's from my other SN. New SN msg not even coming in.

Hi John,

For the messages that are not arriving: Which IM service are you using?

For the vibrating alert: You need to turn off the audio alerts in the EQO settings menu. Give that a try.
