*Sorry, but the username and/or password is incorrect

Hi

I tried to upgrade to Eqo for Skype Users using the link on the home page and I am prompted to login (although I was already logged in). I then get this response when I log in with my correct credentials:

*Sorry, but the username and/or password is incorrect

How can I upgrade to the Skype User's version on Eqo?

Hi there,

EQO for Skype is actually our old application and is not a new upgrade. The EQO Mobile application that you have now is our most recent version since we no longer support Skype on EQO.

website logins differ?

Hi,
i was using EQO last year, and would like to download the newest version to try.
The download part of eqo.com does not accept my password login, with the error "*Sorry, but the username and/or password is incorrect"
Strangely enough, i the same login is accepted in this forums section of the site.

Please help my login to the download section so i can try this new software.

I apologize for the confusion. Your account is now only valid for posting on the forum. If you want to try the new mobile client, you will need to create a brand new account.

We disabled all of the old accounts in August. They can't be deleted or upgraded. Sorry.
