Hi I tried to upgrade to Eqo for Skype Users using the link on the home page and I am prompted to login (although I was already logged in). I then get this response when I log in with my correct credentials: *Sorry, but the username and/or password is incorrect How can I upgrade to the Skype User's version on Eqo? Hi there, EQO for Skype is actually our old application and is not a new upgrade. The EQO Mobile application that you have now is our most recent version since we no longer support Skype on EQO. I apologize for the confusion. Your account is now only valid for posting on the forum. If you want to try the new mobile client, you will need to create a brand new account. We disabled all of the old accounts in August. They can't be deleted or upgraded. Sorry. Peter |
