Poor sound quality!!

This morning, I've tried several calls, but the sound quality is...AWFUL! the first 2 calls, my friend even cannot hear me!! and also the sound delay is very severe! Plz look into the problems, thanks

Hi,

What part of China are you making your calls from? Also, where are you calling to?

Have you made any calls that sounded acceptable?

I made calls from Wenzhou, China to Wenzhou China.
Yes, the calls using the "sign-up" credits worked out pretty good, and that's y I purchased more credits
