Online users to the top and BBpearl freezing

I'm a BB Pearl user. Would like to see online users for EQO and other IM lists to be at the top of the list. Perhaps it's a habit of mine from my desktop usage.

EQOm imported my Pearl/Outlook contacts and it makes it very hard to find EQO users in those list without that feature. Also, it'd be helpful to be able to delete users in bulk using the same checkbox type selection via the website rather than the mobile. It's tending to free my Pearl a lot, the software as I get a too many threads error and/or my Pearl basically freezes up :)

One last comment. My MSN online list under EQO has maybe 5 contacts online at the moment, however if I log in via desktop, my MSN has maybe 20 contacts online. Something not updated properly?

Hi Myles,

Thanks for your interest in EQO. Let me try to address your comments as best I can.

We are reordering the EQO Phonebook to make it more efficient for BlackBerry users. Online EQO Contacts will be at the top, followed by offline EQO users, followed by non-EQO users. This change should come into effect in the next week or two.

We are also looking into a better means of contact management. Whether this be checkbox selection via the website or selective import on the mobile device or a combination of both, I am not certain. I am confident that our contact management shortcomings are being addressed.

I will look into your last comment (online MSN contacts). I can't seem to reproduce this on my phone--but I haven't checked on a BlackBerry yet.
