"Number not in use"

EQO on my N96 8GB sets up fine but when I use EQO Out to place a call it dials the number but i get a voice response telling me "Number Not In Use". I'm using Vodafone in the UK. Any idea as to why this won't work?

I have checked your call records and it appears that you have made numerous calls in the past. When did this problem first start for you? Have you changed your phone number?

That's true, i just changed my phone number. Is that part of the problem? I did have difficulty changing the number using firefox and safari browsers in the my profile section.
