re: nt getting connected

Hello Neena,

The most likely cause of this error is your internet settings. You need to ensure that you have the WEB settings for your carrier and not just the WAP settings. You can grab these settings directly from Nokia(https://nokiags.wdsglobal.com/standard?siteLanguageId=118). It is easy, quick, and free. Of course, the settings will only work if your carrier has granted you access to them.

Oh yeah, make sure you get the "Internet" settings and not the "WAP/GPRS" ones.

Connecting then 'offline'

I have a HTC/T mobile pocket PC using windows mobile 6.

Downloaded EQO sucessfully, first time i connected ok but then i got disconnected. I was able to connect again 2 more times but now it says connecting then goes offline. I then had arror '02' but then then that changed to 120007 (or something similar to that. Those errors have now gone. I have not been able to go online since. All it says is 'connecting'....nothing more.

I have checked the TCP settings but they are all correct......Any tips?

Hello there, If 120007 is

Hello there,

If 120007 is the correct error, then this is the one: 12007 ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
The server name could not be resolved.

This would make sense because our Connection Error 02 means that EQO cannot find an appropriate connection, which matches up well considering your device is having a tough time resolving www.eqo.com.

I don't really know why this is happening, but I recommend uninstalling EQO completely and reinstalling. Please let me know if you continue getting these problems once you've done that. If possible, please confirm the error code.
