My credit since yesterday is gone!

The phone is showing $-5.54 !!! Negative credit and I had almost $10. No answer after more than 24hrs from the tech support. You guys don't have a live CS. Trackback URL for this post:http://community.eqo.com/trackback/1309

No, we are a startup company and can't afford 24/7 customer support. We do respond to all inquiries within one business day and since your complaint arose on Saturday, we are responding today. I apologize for the delay and do intend to sort you out now. Our call logs show that you made a very, very long call, using up all of your credit and then some. We did not cut your call off, but kept billing you instead (hence the negative amount). If you feel that this was a bug on our part, please explain what happened with your very long call and we'll give your credit back. We are very sorry for the inconvenience! Chris |
