Is this thing on? Please help

I need someone to explain my negative balance to me and this is the only way I can find to contact the support team. Please reply so that I can get this straightened out.

i got the same problem with u, i am a vodafane pay as u go customer in uk, i did 5 calls to other countries. and vodafone told me i do not have enought credit with my blance.!! why eqo charge my connection fee?!

EQO does not charge a connection fee, however, when you use EQO for calling, the duration of your call is a local call which will be charged by your local carrier.
