I'm sorry to say that you cannot change your EQO ID. You are stuck with the one you have, but you can change your display name so people see you as whoever you want to be seen as!

Phone Number

Hi, Chris.
I screwed up when signing in and forgot to insert the area code (there is a "61" missing after the "55"). How can I fix that?

Hello Danilo,

This has been done for you. We don't allow users to change their mobile numbers because of fraud issues we are having. Users would sign up an account with a fake number and then change to their real number for more free credits. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have several mobile numbers...

I don't wish to receive more credits, but it would be nice to add more then one mobile number (or change the current number somehow). How can I do that?

If you would like to change your mobile number you can send a support request to support@eqo.com and they will do it for you. We are currently building a mechanism that will allow users to change their number, while at the same time protecting us from fraud. Thank you for your patience!
