Installation problems on Cingular E62

After receiving the SMS with the download / install link and clicking it, the EQO,jar is downloaded and starts installing but then gives an "Authorization Failed" error and stops. What can i do to solve this? Thanks

First off, try going to "Tools"->"App Manager"->"Options"-> "Settings" and changing "Software Installation" to "All" instead of "Signed only". Also, have you installed any other apps that access the internet on the E62? We are having a lot of problems with the E62 on Cingular only. I believe they've done something with the firmware. You could try updating your phone software here:
