I might be doing something wrong...

... But on my Blackerry Pearl 8100, when I get to the EQO phonebook, I am unable to scroll left or right to get to the IM or mail sections... Do I have to hold down a button as I scroll the trackball? Perhaps I just need to restart, but any help would be appreciated.

You shouldn't have to hold anything down on the Pearl...just scroll over. Perhaps you should try restarting. Wait until you see you your EQO credits on the top left of the screen before you touch anything (as EQO is still trying to connect).

I'm having the same issue on my 8830. No matter what i do I cannot scroll to any other tab.

Your device record says that you have an 8700 series phone--this would explain the problem. Please uninstall EQO from your phone and then go to http://get.eqo.com on your phone and download the 8830 version of EQO. Please let me know if this helps!
