I can't Dowload to use with my SE W550i

Hi EQO team I has a ploblem with EQO i try tro registor with my account.In step of SMS and activation Code i didn't recieve of code to activate and dowload in stallation Software but i found help page direct me at https://www.eqo.com/a when i already log on with my account i found URL to download EQO.jad that not support with my mobile that a big ploblem to use your application

I'm not sure why your browser won't let you download EQO.jad, which is most definitely a supported file type on your phone, but I think we can get around this. Please go to http://www.eqo.com/a on your PC browser and download EQO.jad there. Please then move EQO.jad to your phone via Bluetooth, data cable, or email to install EQO Mobile.
