How to change location
Submitted by oyvind on April 2, 2008 - 2:27am.
I have installed eqo on several phones on our sales team. Now one of them returned to Norway from a travel in asia. His eqo-account was OK but he got an enormous bill from the mobile telephone company. Should he register in eqo what country he is calling from? He has probably called all the way to your Norwegian node from his location in some asian countries. Best regards Trackback URL for this post:http://community.eqo.com/trackback/1331

When traveling abroad it is best to buy a local SIM card and use the EQO Traveler feature in Options->Settings to set your number to your local SIM. This way you will pay local rates and only EQO rates for international calls. When you take your phone overseas and do anything with it, your carrier considers this roaming and will charge you a lot.
