how long do credits last?

I am about to purchase more credits via Paypal,

do they expire? How long?

EQO Credits expire after 180 days of inactivity. As soon you successfully place an EQO Out Call or send an EQO Out Message the expiration date will reset to 180 days. 30 days before the expiry date we will send you a reminder email to use your credits.

Indeed, EQO credits expire after six months on inactivity. Your account shows you've been a user for two days. Do you have a question for us?
