How can I change my mobile number??

Hi

i am a new member in EQO, I tried to change my phone number but it keeps showing a shadow on the Mobile no. field as if it never accept any changes????

Can you please help me with this????

For fraud prevention purposes, we currently don't allow users to change their numbers. We've been having trouble with people creating accounts with fake numbers and then changing their number to their real number later. People do this to abuse the free credit we give them on sign up. You'll have to create a new account with your real number. I apologize for the inconvenience.
