Help with sms

Hi

I am new to EQO. I have been trying to sms a mobile/cell phone based in russia. I get charged for the sms 5p, but my contact tells me they have not recieved the sms'. what is wrong?

can anyone help me?

Hello,

I have noticed that you attempted to send 2 messages to Russia. Did your contact get neither of these messages?

I have contacted our SMS partner to Russia and I will try to get this sorted out for you.

In the meantime, could you try one more SMS to Russia for me?

I have sent sms to Russia from Russia by EQO some days ago, and it worked corectly. To send a sms You should write nomber of phone with "+7" and 10 digits with code of operator, for example, "+79062718669".
