Gtalk sign in error

Hi,

Log in info is all correct and it even shows my contacts and who is on line for a split second then it disconnects and I get an error message:Unsupported Stanza Type.

Is there a setting I need to adjust on my Blackberry 8800?

Hi,

This is a bug. We are working on a solution. The workaround is to sign out of Gtalk on your computer before you sign into Gtalk on EQO.

Hi...,
I have the problem to used this appl to my PDA, i cannot login when used this appl, may this appl not compatibble to my phone or? because my friend used this appl to his O2 and can work but to my pda cannot work,
Please help me...:)

Hi Tonny,

I believe that your phone is a Windows Mobile 2005 pocket PC--we do support this OS.

Which error message are you getting? When do you get this message?

GTalk/EQO

How are you getting on with fixing this bug? works fine if I log out on my pc.

This bug had reportedly been fixed, although I'm not sure if it has been released. I'm confirming with the R&D team now. Are you still encountering this problem? If so, then the fix hasn't been released and is coming soon.
