France - SFR

SFR offers a 2 or 3 plans called "3G+ Illimité" but these use WAP and do not offer full TCP/IP connectivity. They are designed to offer unlimited web browsing (surf), but do not support full Internet access for non-HTTP applications. Fortunately, the clever engineers at EQO seem to have managed to get their data traffic to flow via the HTTP/WAP channel. When using/configuring EQO, just be sure to select the access point "Vodafone Live!" or "SFR WAP" and the EQO connections will be free and unlimited. If you select "SFR Internet" (which is true complete TCP/IP connection) SFR will charge you for the data used by EQO, with no additional benefit.
