We are adding support for phones all the time. If your phone is not listed please let us know: We need your help to support all of the devices out there. If you think your phone should be supported and isn't, please tell Peter or I by posting in this forum. We'll send you something to test if we can! Nokia 6131Submitted by 3470563033 on January 31, 2008 - 8:39am.
Dear Friends, I have a Nokia 6131 that connects corectly to internet, but when I connect to Eqo server I get a message "connection error no.02 to EQO server. RE: Nokia 6131Submitted by chris on January 31, 2008 - 12:20pm.
Hello Antonio, While you may have the correct connection, your phone might not be using it for EQO. First try setting your connection up automatically using this Nokia site: https://nokiags.wdsglobal.com/standard?siteLanguageId=118 If that doesn't work, please tell us your carrier and type of plan so we can help you get connected manually. Chris Samsung E530Submitted by marcellus on February 3, 2008 - 5:01am.
Hello, my phone is Samsung E530, i've tried different versions of eqo for smasung phones, it installs normally, connects to eqo, i can use IM services, but when i'm trying to add contacts to EQO contact list, it says "Max -2147483648 contacts. Please delete a contact to add a new one", but i dont have contacts at all! I've tried D520 and E870 versions, but it's the same effect. Is there any solution for my problem? RE: Samsung E530Submitted by chris on February 4, 2008 - 1:35pm.
Is this the first time you've installed EQO? If not, please remove EQO from your phone and install again using the Samsung E870 version. If the problem persists, then there might be something wrong with your contacts datafile on our servers. We'll check it out and hopefully get that cleaned up for you. Chris RE: Samsung E530Submitted by chris on February 4, 2008 - 2:05pm.
Actually, how long ago did you sign up for EQO? Your account may have expired and you may need to recreate your account. We did not expire your community account, which explains why you could sign in. We use one database to store passwords, and that likely wasn't affected. Chris RE: RE: Samsung E530Submitted by marcellus on February 4, 2008 - 10:13pm.
Actually i've just registered an account (EQO ID "Sheep", it's just my friend helping me to post here :-) it's not my community login) and installed eqo for the first time. So account is new, and no other versions were installed before. I'll try E870 version later and will report about results. Please help me, if it's problem with contact list on server. RE: RE: RE: Samsung E530Submitted by chris on February 5, 2008 - 2:25pm.
Ah, I see. We released an update last night. Please remove the old version of EQO you have installed and freshly try this latest version. Please let me know how it goes. Chris RE: RE: RE: Samsung E530Submitted by peter on February 5, 2008 - 3:11pm.
Also, try logging in to www.eqo.com and then select EQO friends. Then delete any entries you see in there and then add them back again. Peter i've deleted the oldSubmitted by marcellus on February 6, 2008 - 9:32am.
i've deleted the old version, installed new by sending the link to the phone, deleted all contacts from the site, but the problem persists(((((( please help(( RE: i've deleted the oldSubmitted by chris on February 6, 2008 - 2:58pm.
First off, in EQO please go to Options->Settings and check the version shown to you there. You should have version 1.2.6. As for your problem in particular, I'm not sure what is up. It sounds like it has to do with your phone's database, where EQO is trying to save your contact. I can send you a test version that might explain the issue. Please email me, chris@eqo.com, if you are interested. Chris connection errorSubmitted by tamil240 on February 23, 2008 - 6:20am.

Please tell us the error you are getting and the name of your mobile service provider so that we can get you connected. Feel free to try this Nokia connection settings configurator online: https://nokiags.wdsglobal.com/standard?siteLanguageId=118 Chris Authorisation failedSubmitted by immi2007 on February 27, 2008 - 5:44am.

Your phone is recorded as being the N72? Please remove any versions of EQO you might have on your phone. Then go to get.eqo.com on your mobile browser. Choose your phone and download EQO from there. If this is not your phone model please let me know. Also, please tell me the exact text of the error and at what exact point you get this error. I plan to use a Samsung u700 in Nigeria.Does EQO support it.Thanks Chris. re: samsung u700Submitted by peter on April 14, 2008 - 8:59am.
I have never tested this phone myself, but I have heard from others that EQO did not work on their U700 phones. You could give it a try. Go to http://get.eqo.com on your phone and select the Sony Ericsson J300 as your phone model. Please let me know how it goes. I have a data plan and it works great! From time to time I may have to re-connect due to (probably) Windows Mobile. Some times when I get a phone call I also get disconnected. Bbut love EQO .. Thanks guys! re: HTC s620Submitted by peter on June 2, 2008 - 10:32am.
Hi, Thanks for the feedback! It is true, if you get a call your data connection will be halted--but it should reconnect after your call is done. Peter Nokia 6131 - India - Error code 06Submitted by svivek on June 23, 2008 - 11:18pm.

But not EQO. please help. re: Nokia 6131- India- Error Code 06Submitted by peter on June 24, 2008 - 2:13pm.
Hi, It appears that you are using a WAP connection to try to use EQO. This type of connection will not work with EQO. Try to get the "Internet" settings from Nokia. They will send them to your phone for free from here: https://nokiags.wdsglobal.com/standard?siteLanguageId=118 Peter didnt work!Submitted by svivek on June 25, 2008 - 12:54am.
Hi Peter How do you know I use WAP settings? I am able to browse all HTTP sites using my Opera browser. My understanding is that if I had only WAP based access, then this wouldnt work too. I tried ordering the settings but it also does not work. Same Error 6 is the result. re: didn't work!Submitted by peter on June 25, 2008 - 1:16pm.
Sorry...I don't know that you are using WAP. I was making an assumption. When our users are using WAP, this is the behaviour that we tend to see. Who is your mobile carrier? Do you know the name of the internet access point that you are using or the level of internet service that you get from your provider? These are the correct details for your carrier...I am not sure what is going on here. Are you certain that you have this access point set as your default? Peter default access pointSubmitted by svivek on June 27, 2008 - 2:49am.
Hi Peter. Yes this is the default access point for all applications on my mobile. Nokia 6120 classicSubmitted by tai.hsia on September 1, 2008 - 10:38pm.

Check to ensure that the date is properly set on your phone and then go to http://get.eqo.com and try downloading EQO one more time. Let me know if that helps. Peter |
