EQO Rates Abroad

Hello, I'm a new user, based in Switzerland. I'm travelling a lot abroad and want to use EQO while abroad. I thought this would be very cheap, but while I was in France last week, it looks like EQO was not placing a local call when I was calling abroad.

My question is : Do I benefit from cheap call rates when i 'm calling from a country which is not the one I'm originally from ?

Thanks for your comments.

EQO currently does not work if you are traveling abroad. the best solution that we can offer for now is for you to use multiple SIM cards. You would also have to create new EQO accounts for the countries that you travel to and you would have to uninstall and reinstall the application each time you went roaming.

We are working on an easier way to get around this roaming question, but the solution is still a ways off.
