V557 & Iowa WirelessSubmitted by philadopolis on October 6, 2006 - 1:11pm.
I tried to download the file and I receive the message "File cannot be downloaded: Application will not run on phone." The V557 is among the supported phone models you list. RE: V557 & Iowa WirelessSubmitted by chris on October 6, 2006 - 1:32pm.
EQO Mobile will most definitely run on this phone. It's possible that your carrier may not be allowing the download. Did you try downloading EQO Mobile from the WAP Push message we send or by going to www.eqo.com/a on your mobile browser? Chris 8100 PearlSubmitted by se99jmk on October 22, 2006 - 10:19am.
I notice you have now released Alpha support for blackberry handsets! This handset does have all of the java support of the previous handsets, and is in a thin form-factor similar to the 7xxx series. Can you please tell me if this handset is supported? ta, jamie RE: 8100 PearlSubmitted by chris on October 23, 2006 - 8:43am.
Our development staff was not sure if EQO Mobile would run on the 8100 Pearl, but we've had some people try it out and all is going well. We should list this phone quite soon. For now, go ahead and sign up with an 8700 as your phone and download EQO Mobile, it's the same version. Please let me know if you have any trouble. please can you tell me how i can upload eqo onto my lg8380 and n93 phones without using the mobile internet.is there any way i can upload it through my computer. secondly what is the use of having eqo on the computer? regards wesley RE: please can you tell me how iSubmitted by chris on October 23, 2006 - 4:43pm.
EQO Mobile uses wireless data, so you've got to have it. Here's what you can do though, go to www.eqo.com/a on your PC and download EQO.jad. Open up EQO.jad and you'll find a URL to EQO.jar. Download EQO.jar and change the link in the jad to just "EQO.jar". Move both files to your phone in the same folder, without using Nokia application installer, and activate EQO.jad. i whant to know if it is possible that if i could have a program direcctly to my treo that doe't requiere a laptop RE: i whant to know if it isSubmitted by chris on October 25, 2006 - 2:11pm.
EQO Mobile doesn't require a laptop, unless you want to see your Skype contacts on your mobile. Of course, you do need to install the IBM JVM on your Treo using a laptop. However, EQO Mobile itself can be downloaded by visiting www.eqo.com/a on your Treo browser. Chris Problem with DownloadSubmitted by marcel-reis on November 20, 2006 - 12:52pm.
I couldn`t download the software by my handy or by the pc. I couldn`t open the website. RE: Problem with DownloadSubmitted by chris on November 20, 2006 - 1:30pm.
Hello Marcel, did you get any errors? What happened? Did you try www.eqo.com/a on your mobile? If that doesn't work try www.eqo.com/a on your PC and move EQO.jad to your mobile to install. Chris SE K750i settingsSubmitted by terenteyo on December 26, 2006 - 1:11pm.

This happened to you because you didn't install the eqo.jad file. You need to install both the .jad file and the .jar on your phone. Peter Unable to load EQO in Treo 650Submitted by andycheu on February 25, 2007 - 3:56am.
After downloading WEME571JVM and installing (by HotSync) J9JavaVMMidp20.prc and JavaVMCheck_enUS.prc into my Treo 650, I get the error message "Please ensure that IBM's webSphere Micro Environment Java VM is installed." the moment I launch EQO in Treo 650. I re-installed everything again and again by HotSync but the same error appeared despite I followed the Palm website instruction strictly. Could you advise how can I get this up and running please? Try installing EQO on your phone's memory and not on your memory card. Let me know if that helps. Peter re: BB 7230Submitted by peter on May 1, 2008 - 11:06am.
