BB 8120 with OS 4.5

Hi,
I have a BB 8120 with OS 4.5.0.81. EQO is working there, but only once.

What I meant is that it will work right after the install and setup account info. But if I exit the program and or disconnect data (wifi only, no data plan), then EQO will timeout on connection (sign-in). I try everything but I can only do a factory reset to get it to work again. But after the first time use. It stopped on the same issue.

Is it somehow EQO is trying to use the data connection that is not available? I only have wifi and the browser is working.

Please let me know if there is anything I should do to get this to work.

re: BB 8120 with OS 4.5

Try to recycle the WiFi connection and then try to connect again. Before connection, the client checks the WiFi strength signal.

Recycle connection on 8120

Tried. No difference. EQO still timeout.

Any other suggestion?
