EQO Mac not signing in??

I am sorry if this has been already resolved elswere. I just installed the skype plugin. I allowed it to use skype like it asked me to. When I put in my ID and Password and click sign in - nothing happens. Screen stays the same with the sign in button still blinking. Any info on this?

Hi,

Which version OS are you using? Which version of Skype are using? If you have the latest non-Beta Skype and a relatively new OS on your Mac you should be fine. Try de-selecting the automatic sign in option and then sign in. Also, make sure that you don't have a firewall that is blocking the EQO plug-in from connecting to the Internet.
