After trying to install EQO on your phone, did you received a message that said “EQO is not a valid Windows CE application”? If so, try installing EQO via the EQO.exe file from your computer. To do this, sign in to www.eqo.com. Ensure that you have the correct version of EQO selected for your Windows Mobile device—that is, if you have a Pocket PC make sure that you have selected Pocket PC, if you have a Smartphone, make sure that you have selected Smartphone (If you are unsure of your device model, generally, a touchscreen device is a Pocket PC and a non-touchscreen is classified as a Smartphone). Then select the download to PC button. Next, open the EQO.zip file, find the EQO.exe file inside, and then save the EQO.exe file to your desktop. Then, connect your phone to your computer and open the .exe file on your computer. The auto-installer will then install EQO on your phone. If you have further difficulties, please email me at peter@eqo.com and I will try to help you out. Peter EQO Customer Support Trackback URL for this post:http://community.eqo.com/trackback/1401
