Creating an EQO Shortcut on your Motorola

To make a shortcut on a Motorola phone

Step 1: Find EQO Mobile on your phone.

Step 2: Press and hold the “Menu” key for a few seconds.

Step 3: When asked if you want to add a shortcut for EQO Mobile on your phone click “yes”.

Step 4: Type in the “key” number that you want to use as your shortcut (ex. Key: 3)

Step 5: Return to main screen. Press “Menu” key and then the shortcut key that you assigned in Step 4 (ex. Key: 3)

motorola krzr k1 download problems

i have a motorola krzr k1, i live in new zealand. when i point my mobile web browser to http://get.eqo.com the first page is displayed, where you have the option to download to my mobile. i select the download link but then my phone says page not found (error 400). what is the problem here?
is the problem my phone or my coverage?

Hello Alastair,

This sounds like a problem with your data plan or browser, since our download service is currently working. Are you able to download other Java apps? If so, did you get a particular error when you tried to download EQO? Also, did you try to install EQO from the SMS download message by chance?
