could you make filter for calls to mobile which number out of service, turned off or out of coverage?

could you make this filter to not charge full minute price if hear robot at other side or make it 25% for example. i understand that you have to charge for connection but could you reduce it because not hear recipient

Every time a call is connected with our system--whether it is to your friend or to a robot, we get charged for this call. Also, we have no way of knowing the difference between a robot and your intended recipient. I can understand why you would want this feature, but I am afraid that we won't be doing this.

PS: Peter what you think if make first 2-3sec out of charge. maybe this will be solution? i dont know ab other countries, in russia exist such rule. thanks

the first seconds

it's a good idea to make the first seconds are free! Also it would be good to make the report on delivery sms!

I agree with Vladimir: You make very usefully program, which can be run on the all new phones! (java, wm, symbian) Thank You very much!

I think that if we could find a way to not charge for these types of failed calls then we will do this. The problem right now is that we get charged for this time from our network partners.
