connection failure

I'm trying to download EQO from my phone, sony ericsson k618, and there's a pop-up message telling, the connection has failure and try to check my settings or call my operator. I thought I can already download it.

You have already downloaded EQO to your phone? You are now launching EQO and getting a connection error? What connection error do you get and who is your mobile service provider? Please let us know so that we can help you get connected.

I am trying to connect using right id and password get connection failure (sign in failure )

I have checked out your account and it appears that you have successfully logged in now. Let me know if you still need help with EQO.

It might also be helpful to other users if you shared what you did to make EQO connect on your phone.
