Connection Error 05 on Nokia 7610

Dear All,

I am an Nokia 7610 user and have recently downloaded EQO application.But while I try connect i get "connection error 05" saying server time out...
I tried following :
Contacted Nokia and Service Provider and obtained a latest access point( Server Configuration) and tested the connection with GPRS and opening google.com. I was successful in doing so....however when tried EQO it gave me the same error.

I reside in INDIA.... would you pls help me debug the issue....?

Alok,

Which settings did your provider send to you? EQO will not always work with WAP/GPRS settings. In some cases, you will need the "Internet" settings.

The WAP/GPRS setting were provided to me by my Service Provider (Hutch, India). I am not aware of the internet settings? are these explicitly done? can you pls advise.

Connection error 05 on nokia N70

Dear all,
I'm X from russia. I use nokia N70 to connect to EQO. It shows "connection error 05, connection time out, please try again". I would like to mention that I haven't change connection property or any other settings in my mobile and with the same settings it was working fine before 5 days! Also at present I'm having access to other sites and IMs excepting EQO! I've tried reinstalling EQO and connect through other mobiles, but it doesn't solve problem.
If anybody has solution to this please guide me.

It seems that we are having quite a few troubles in Russia.

Our crack network team is trying to track down the exact cause of this service outage. I hope that they can figure out a way to get us back up and running in Russia.

problems getting connected on motorola l6i

hello peter
i am akash from india using motorola l6i mobile phone with g.p.r.s connection on from airtel india.
i am getting connection error 02 when i try to get connected.
please guide me as to what i should do now to use eqo.
will i have to change the internet settings that my service provider has sent or what?
please help

hi akash,

If you have the GPRS Web settings from Airtel (not the WAP ones), you probably have the right settings already. You may need to set this connection as your default: Select Menu, and then select Web Access, then select Web Sessions, and then select the Mobile Internet settings that you already have on your phone, and then select Menu, and then select Set default.
