Charged for calls which didnt connect

Are you in Travel mode? If so, we will charge you for the first portion of your call whether the person on the other end of the call picks p or not. I have refunded you the credit for your calls. Please make another call and then email me at peter@eqo.com if you are still having problems so I can help troubleshoot this problem. Peter |
