can't navigate

I am having trouble navigating thru from phonebook to im. I have an 7130e Blackberry. I tried reinstalling app to no avail. I know that an older blackberry, one should be able to press alt and use the scroll wheel on the side to navigate. But it seems to have a bug here.

I hope EQO can get a fix on this.

Yes, the solution should be to hold down the alt key while you use the scroll wheel. Can you tell me which BlackBerry OS your device is running?
