cannot make calls on 8120 with data plan only

Hi, I have a blackberry 8120 pearl with a data plan only. Will EOQ still work? I have not been able to make a call since install.

EQo will still work on your phone, but you will not be able to make calls as EQO requires a local call (either incoming or outgoing) to make a call. you will still be able to IM and send SMS messages with EQO.
