Am I Signed in?

I sign in correctly from the eqo for skype plugin (and have checked that this works by using a bad then a good username/password) and yet then when my mouse hovers over the icon in systray it says I am not signed in. What is the fix for this?

I have changed my eqo password to align with skype password - no improvement!

You are signed in on your PC but not on your mobile. You will see "EQO Mobile not signed in" until you sign into EQO Mobile on your phone.
