iPhone blows my mind

(Yesterday I wrote about my Nokia E61 and how much I like it. Well, Steve Jobs had to go and use my phone as a bad example (E62 actually, same phone w/out wifi and 3G) in his iPhone demo at Macworld 2007 this morning, check out the Engadget blog about it. Thanks Steve, now me and my E61 have a massive inferiority complex, rightly so mind you. I need an iPhone, it looks freaking cool. Cheers Apple, now to get EQO Mobile on one of those babies...

The iPhone name was a bad choice anyways.

If they chose to call their computers 'Mac' and their music player 'iPod', why on earth are they calling their phone 'phone'?

Even Microsoft has learned from this with the Zune. Apple should come up with a more imaginative name IMHO

I like the iPhone multi-touch technology for easy navigation. This will be the next PDA generation. Get iPhone Converter http://www.iphoneconverter.com/

say say say

"Industry leaders Nokia, Motorola, Samsung and LG are going to spend years trying to create something that

even comes close to competing with the functionality and design of the iPhone."

Are you really believes in the marketing BS?

Good comments

IMHO, it doesn't matter what they call the iPhone because everyone now knows what an iPhone is, that's the power of Apple. Ask the average kid what a Zune is and see what they say.

When I get my hands on the device, I will evaluate it and see if it suits me. I don't believe the marketing BS, but everyone else does; iPhone is already huge and its still months away. Whether the tech community likes it or not, iPhone will be a huge success and you'd better believe that the mobile industry giants are plenty worried about it.

Does anyone talk about the Nokia N95 like this?
