help- navigating

hello. I can't go from the phone book to im. I know on an older blackberry, you should be able to use alt key and scroll wheel on the side but it doesn't work. I tried everything.

I have an blackberry 7130e

help me please.

Hello Sir,

I do believe that is how you should be moving side to side, holding alt and scrolling. We do this on our Blackberry 8700's, which has the same OS. Sadly, we don't have a 7130e in house. If you continue to have problems, please post in our support forums.
