EQO Community Problems

Usually when a user signs up for EQO Mobile they have an account automatically created for them on the EQO Community servers. However, for the past eight days the process that takes care of creating these EQO Community accounts was down, meaning new users were not able to login to the EQO Community. We apologize if you encountered this problem. We've since fixed everything and all users who did not get community accounts before should now have them. I found the following problems. 1) I used the wrong phone number when I signed up. Later I went ahead and changed it, by going to MY PROFILE. However when I use Skype it still calls me at the first number I entered, not the number I updated. Anyone else have this problem? 2) When you sign up for a new EQO userid by using the plugin, it keeps asking for a valid email address even though I enter a valid email address and does not do anything else. We were having a bit of server trouble this past weekend, but I think your problem has more to do with a lack of a GPRS connection on your phone. You need to have your phone setup to use the FIDO Internet data account. 1. Please remove EQO Mobile from your phone and reinstall by visiting http://www.eqo.com/a on your mobile browser. Your version of EQO Mobile still thinks you have your old phone number. 2. If you want to create a new account, please use the web. Your email address may be described as invalid because you already used it with a different account. EQO PC Problems
After intall EQO PC in my PC the installation works fine, but when I'm trying to login I got a message
EQO services temporarily not available.
Please retry at a later time.
The question is if I have some problem with my installation or if only the server is really down and I have to wait for a few days
